Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions under which the Yohewa website may be used and general conditions relevant to inquiries about our two-day workshops. By using this site, you accept the terms below.
1. Definitions
1.1. In these terms, "Workshop" refers to a two-day, on-site lean process improvement intensive delivered by Yohewa.Workshop: a scheduled, in-person training session held at a client's facility, covering workflow mapping, Kanban, waste measurement, and 5S topics as described on this website.
1.2. "Client" refers to the manufacturing company that engages Yohewa to deliver a Workshop.Client: the legal entity or sole trader that requests and hosts a Workshop, acting through its authorised representatives.
1.3. "Facility" means the physical production site where a Workshop takes place.Facility: the client's premises, including production floor, meeting spaces, and any area made available for the Workshop.
1.4. "Materials" refers to any templates, checklists, or written notes provided during or after a Workshop.Materials: supporting documents such as audit checklists or waste log formats handed to the Client at the end of a Workshop.
2. Nature of the service
2.1. Yohewa provides educational, hands-on workshops focused on lean process improvement methods. This service is training and facilitation in nature.
2.2. Yohewa does not provide management consulting services, and does not assume operational or managerial responsibility for the Client's production line, staffing decisions, or business outcomes.
2.3. Any results a Client observes following a Workshop depend on numerous factors specific to that Facility, including staff participation, existing equipment, and follow-through on Materials provided.
3. Booking and scheduling
3.1. Inquiries submitted through this website or by phone are treated as requests for information and do not, by themselves, constitute a confirmed booking.
3.2. A Workshop date is considered scheduled only once both parties have separately confirmed the date, scope, and Facility details in writing.
3.3. Either party may propose changes to a scheduled date where circumstances at the Facility or with Yohewa's availability require it.
4. Client responsibilities
4.1. The Client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the relevant production area, appropriate safety briefing for Yohewa staff attending the Facility, and availability of the staff members expected to participate.
4.2. The Client remains responsible at all times for health and safety conditions at its own Facility and for compliance with applicable Czech labour and safety regulations.
5. Intellectual property in Materials
5.1. Materials provided during a Workshop may be used freely by the Client within its own operations.
5.2. Underlying training content, structure, and methodology developed by Yohewa remain the property of Yohewa and are not to be redistributed commercially without agreement.
6. Limitation of scope
6.1. Nothing on this website or communicated during a Workshop constitutes a guarantee of any specific operational, financial, or efficiency outcome.
6.2. Descriptions of methods, timeframes, and typical outcomes on this website are general and informational, intended to explain how the Workshop format works rather than to promise particular results for any individual Facility.
7. Governing law
7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, including the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.2. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
8. Changes to these terms
8.1. Yohewa may update these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
