This policy explains, in plain language, how Yohewa (referred to here as "we", "us", or "the site operator"), operating from Slovanská 162, Plzeň, Czech Republic, handles personal information collected through this website. It is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR) and with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, as applicable in the Czech Republic.

What we collect and why
If you use the contact form, we receive whatever you type into it: an optional name, your email address, and your message. That information exists so we can reply to your inquiry about a workshop. We do not request payment details, identification numbers, or any sensitive category of data through this form, and we ask that you avoid including such details in your message.
Because the form is configured to open your own email client rather than submit data to a server we control, the message content is transmitted through your email provider once you press send, in the same way any email you write yourself would be. We do not separately store form submissions on this website.

Legal basis for processing
Where we process your email and message to respond to an inquiry, the legal basis is our Legitimate Interest in responding to business inquiries, and, where applicable, your consent given by submitting the form.Legitimate Interest is a legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR allowing processing where necessary for purposes that do not override the data subject's rights and freedoms. Where cookies require consent under Czech implementation of the ePrivacy rules, that consent forms the legal basis for those specific cookies.
How long information is kept
Email correspondence is typically retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own record-keeping, generally not exceeding thirty-six months unless a longer period is required by an applicable legal obligation, such as accounting law.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Limited disclosure may occur to service providers strictly necessary to operate this website, such as a hosting provider, each bound by appropriate data processing terms. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area as part of normal operation of this site.
